Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Or any similar combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated polished, professional appearance and presentation
- Demonstrated organization and coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines and ability to multi-task in a sporadic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to have flexibility in hours/days of work and be responsible for desk coverage during operating hours
- Ability to enforce policies while maintaining a high professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards
- Strong computer skills required to work with the following programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Website management and Jonas
- Excellent administrative and mathematical skills
- Strong reasoning ability and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills to a wide variety of constituents
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

Job Duties
- Greet all members and guests with a friendly, cheerful and helpful attitude and in an efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Accurately plan, schedule and record all reservations required for member events and dining
- Provide required reservation list for dinner, lunch and/or events and follow up accurately and in a timely manner to fulfill requests by confirming all reservations either by calling or emailing appropriate member and communicate reservation numbers, special requests and details to Food & Beverage team
- Post and communicate all Club information regarding dining and special events in the various forms currently available
- Maintain member website with daily updates including dining reservations, member directory updates, creating/sending email blasts, posting articles and menus hyperlinks
- Maintain current presentations for lobby display including creating promotional flyers for Club events and posting them appropriately
- Knowledge of upcoming events and dining to encourage member participation
- Support Member Services Coordinator and other departments such as Accounting during seasonal and billing deadlines
- Perform various administrative duties as needed
- Maintain overall appearance of front desk and coat room in an uncluttered, professional manner
- Distribute incoming mail
- Operate office equipment and telephone system, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
- Contact repair services for office machines malfunctions
- Respond promptly to member and guest needs, solicit member feedback to improve services and meet deadlines
- Speak clearly, listen and get clarification, respond positively to questions and practice diplomacy
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put team success above own interests
- Transfer calls according to standard operating procedures
- Treat members, guests and fellow employees with respect, keep commitments, work with integrity and uphold organizational values
- Other duties as assigned
