Job Description
Lafayette Aviators Baseball is a summer collegiate baseball team competing in the Prospect League, based in Lafayette, Indiana. This team provides collegiate players with a unique opportunity to play competitive baseball in a wood-bat league during the summer months while simultaneously offering the local community an affordable and entertaining destination. Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college-level undergraduate or graduate program
- Ability to work a maximum of 30 hours per week
- Must be available to work all 30 home games and potential playoff games during the 2026 season
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to perform supervisory duties
- Must assist with cleaning duties post-game
- Must assist with guest relations on game days

Job Duties
- Assist in pre-game set-up and post-game tear-down and clean-up
- Assist with guest relations table on game-days
- Be knowledgeable in all facets of game-day information including stadium policies and ticketing policies
- Perform cleaning duties post-game including trash, recycling, seating bowl cleaning, bathroom cleaning
- Perform supervisory duties during events
- Assist in other areas as needed
- Work all 30 home games and potential playoff games during the season
