  • Positive attitude
  • Completion of Food & Beverage Food Safety training

  • Completion of TIPS alcohol training, if applicable
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance by following grooming and uniform standards in Employee Handbook

Job Duties

  • Follow proper food handling procedures per Food Handling SOP
  • Take and fill guest orders and requests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Promptly and courteously greet each guest with a smile, eye contact, and good body language
  • Thank guests for coming
  • Maintain food stand cleanliness per Cleaning and Sanitation SOP
  • Operate a variety of food equipment according to Safety Training Plan while using required PPE
  • Understand time and temperature sheets and complete hourly
  • Know stand menu, recipes, and prices at assigned locations
  • Follow procedures and standards such as portion control, suggestive selling, clocking in/out properly, and timely task completion
  • Prepare and serve food complying with quality, quantity, presentation, and health code requirements
  • Complete stand opening and closing procedures including restocking and organizing work area
  • Clean and sanitize work and guest dining areas, equipment, utensils, dishes/silverware
  • Sweep, scrub or mop floors, remove trash, and clean windows as needed
  • Follow all procedures regarding execution of Tasting/Dining Passport, Meal Vouchers, Drink Wristbands, and other internal vouchers
  • Follow all host safety standards and general safety training guidelines
  • Report any issues to Command Base or supervisor.
