Job Requirements
- currently enrolled as a junior or senior at a 4-year university
- must provide cover letter, resume, and portfolio of work if applicable
- must be based in one of our 3 offices (Memphis, Nashville, or Chattanooga, TN)
- willing to travel as needed
- must attend mandatory onboarding and orientation in Nashville
- ability to lift 25 lbs
- driver's license and clean driving record required
Job Qualifications

- must have basic camera and gear knowledge
- proficiency with video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere
- experience working in Adobe suite
- knowledge in Mac OSX
- operational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- keen eye for detail

- ability to prioritize multiple projects

Job Duties
- assist with pre-production schedules and timelines
- book and manage travel logistics for programs
- maintain meeting notes and contact lists
- assist with post-event reconciliations
- opportunity to travel and work on at least one program during internship
- assist on video/media projects and production timelines
- collaborate with media team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for new content
- assist during local production shoots by setting up equipment/props
- aid in post-production tasks such as video editing, sound mixing, and graphics/animations
- help maintain and organize production equipment and studio space
- support local events and operations execution
- attend site visits
- communicate with vendors
- execute onsite operations as directed
- assist with logistics and transportation needs
- assist operations team with financial reconciliations
- perform basic office tasks such as recording meeting notes, printing, labeling, and organizing
- assist design team in creating graphics for digital and print collateral including social media posts, website assets, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials
- produce items for company initiatives and internal events
- collaborate to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas
- support production process by preparing files for print and web
- learn and utilize filing systems and processes for organizational skills
- support meeting services team
- manage registration and attendees
- perform meeting coordination duties
- maintain accurate and organized files for programs
- gather and prepare data for projects
- identify future needs to complete projects
- manage agendas, meeting specs, diagrams, BEOs, signage plans, materials fulfillment, and shipping
- coordinate client site visits
- assist with contracts and invoices
- develop and maintain relationships with venues and vendors
- assist with financial reconciliation
- assist with executing small-to-medium meetings, events, and conferences
- support local events team with meeting or event management services
