Job Requirements
- Two or more years of completed higher education and/or three years of hospitality, customer service, or hotel/restaurant management experience
- Possess a valid U.S./Canada driver’s license
- Must be able to live in provided residential housing
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to walk 2-4 miles per day
- Strong client management and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computer and technical use
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to remain organized and calm under pressure
- Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties
- Serve as a resource and contact for program and event administrators
- Conduct efficient check-in and check-out processes for residential summer programs and conferences
- Inspect residential facilities to ensure residence halls are ready for each program and conference
- Prepare program and conference materials such as maps, folders, linen packets, rosters
- Drop off and pick up linen to dorm rooms and the laundry facility
- Set up tables, chairs, and signs for special events
- Check-in program and conference attendees using StarRez software
- Perform administrative office duties including copying, filing, answering telephone calls and emails
- Maintain accurate records for program attendees and program related expenses
- Attend staff trainings and meetings
- Serve as a liaison between CES and other on-campus departments
- Utilize software systems like StarRez, CCure, and Salto to manage participant registration, check-in, and check-out procedures
- Assign participants to rooms and program key card access
- Troubleshoot software errors and coordinate with staff for resolutions
- Use Princeton systems to place work orders for facilities requests, A/V support and building access
- Provide audio visual support for conferences, classes, and meetings
- Work outdoors in a variety of temperatures and environmental conditions
- Drive university vehicles including passenger vans, cargo vans and golf carts
- Perform other duties as assigned
