Job Requirements
- Be enrolled at least half-time during fall/spring semesters or meet summer credit hour requirements
- Eligible to work as a student employee at UCO
- Ability to work 25-35 hours per week with flexibility, including nights and weekends
- Ability to live on campus for the duration of the position
- Participate in required training and team meetings

- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event planning is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Serve as a point of contact for guests, providing information, directions, and support as needed throughout their stay
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments, key distribution, and billing
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with policies and procedures to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests
- Collaborate with the Conference & Events team to ensure seamless execution of events, including room set-up, audiovisual support, and catering services
- Provide timely and effective communication with guests, staff, and vendors to ensure successful event planning and execution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and event spaces
- Participate in required training sessions and team meetings and attend to other duties as assigned by the Conference & Events management team
