Job Requirements
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree

- GPA of 3.0 or higher

- strong oral, written, and communication skills

Job Duties
- Review and organize existing training materials and documentation
- conduct market research to identify best practices in employee training and development
- interview and gather feedback from current employees across departments
- assist in designing training modules that highlight the importance of each role within the company
- assist in designing training modules that highlight how employees contribute to the companys mission and success
- assist in designing training modules that highlight clear pathways for career growth and development
- collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure alignment with company goals
- present findings and recommendations to leadership
- support the implementation and testing of pilot training sessions
