Job Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • prefer junior or senior level but will consider other class levels
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • ability to work well with diverse groups of people

Job Duties

  • Review and organize existing training materials and documentation
  • conduct market research to identify best practices in employee training and development
  • interview and gather feedback from current employees across departments
  • assist in designing training modules that highlight the importance of each role within the company
  • assist in designing training modules that highlight how employees contribute to the companys mission and success
  • assist in designing training modules that highlight clear pathways for career growth and development
  • collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure alignment with company goals
  • present findings and recommendations to leadership
  • support the implementation and testing of pilot training sessions
