Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college aviation program such as pilot training, aircraft dispatch, business aviation, or related field
- Enrolled as a full-time student actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above
- Completed freshman year by internship start
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 listed on resume
- Minimum 12-14 week internship duration for summer and 14-16 weeks for spring/fall
- Must be onsite
- not a remote position
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college aviation program such as pilot training, aircraft dispatch, business aviation, or related field
- Knowledge and understanding of multiple operating systems and Microsoft Office suite is preferred
- Enrolled as a full-time student actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above
- Completed freshman year by internship start
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 listed on resume
Job Duties
- Support the Gulfstream Flight Operations organization to improve efficiency across the company’s Gulfstream fleet
- Interface with Flight Operations Supervisor, Directors, Chief Pilots, Dispatch Senior Manager, and VP of Flight Ops to complete projects enhancing processes and efficiencies
- Complete assigned projects and work plans including flight safety systems, business intelligence/analytics, flight operations, and engineering
- Support efficient work practices and processes
- Comply with safety rules and procedures
- Ensure application of Gulfstream regulations and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
