Job Requirements
- extremely attentive to detail, accurate and thorough
- ability to juggle multiple projects and organize many moving parts
- ability to operate a computer and technology-based programs
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- ability to stay on task and meet deadlines
- able to maintain positive energy through challenges and changes
- professional maturity in appearance and communication
- acceptable eyesight, hearing, and physical ability to type and write
- background check and driving history report required
Job Qualifications
- currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related field such as event management, nonprofit studies, or logistics
- prior experience in event coordination or administrative support preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency with technology and travel booking platforms
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- passion for nonprofit work and community service
Job Duties
- Plan and book all travel accommodations
- ensure travel schedules align with event schedules and avoid conflicts
- monitor travel expenses within the provided budget
- build itineraries for traveling teams
- develop recommendations to optimize travel operations based on trends and forecasts
- review network applications for meal pickup partners
- build relationships with community distribution partners
- coordinate and oversee meal distribution partner pickups from events
- create impact reports to share with stakeholders
