Job Qualifications

  • currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related field such as event management, nonprofit studies, or logistics
  • prior experience in event coordination or administrative support preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency with technology and travel booking platforms
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • passion for nonprofit work and community service

Job Duties

  • Plan and book all travel accommodations
  • ensure travel schedules align with event schedules and avoid conflicts
  • monitor travel expenses within the provided budget
  • build itineraries for traveling teams
  • develop recommendations to optimize travel operations based on trends and forecasts
  • review network applications for meal pickup partners
  • build relationships with community distribution partners
  • coordinate and oversee meal distribution partner pickups from events
  • create impact reports to share with stakeholders
