Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility or club environment required
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Supervisors are required to obtain an alcohol operator’s license from the City of Green Bay within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to accurately account for inventory

Job Duties

  • Pre-event distribution of suite attendant paperwork and perform initial suite walk through to check for any maintenance issues
  • Train and supervise suite attendants and runners for assigned sections
  • Observe and document job performance of staff
  • Ensure suite attendants and runners properly prepare luxury suites for guests
  • Assist in suite set-up, including getting tables, chafers, ice, locking or unlocking fridges or cabinets as directed
  • Ensure all food presentation and displays meet company standards
  • Ensure food and beverage orders arrive timely
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and report any violations
  • Assist all departments located in your area, troubleshoot issues and rectify them
  • Maintain high standards of friendly guest service by circulating in assigned sections and greeting all guests
  • Be visible in hallway, making yourself accessible to help guests, answer questions regarding food preparation or ingredients, service, or billing, resolve guest complaints with assistance of department manager
  • Ensure workstations, pantries, and storerooms remain clean and sufficiently stocked
  • Order replacement stock when necessary
  • Ensure all sanitation practices are followed and Department of Health guidelines are met
  • Report safety hazards and repair items
  • Complete closing duties according to company procedures, lock up suites for the night, complete required closing paperwork
