Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain California Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
- Ability to work all venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to remain calm and maintain professionalism under stress
- Positive attitude and strong guest service orientation
- Ability to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision
Job Duties
- Report for scheduled events on time in proper uniform with a neat and clean personal appearance
- Report to assigned area promptly
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Fulfill opening and closing duties as directed by management
- Provide high levels of professionalism and service according to Legends' service standards
- Continually service dining areas by clearing tables, refilling beverages, restocking work stations, polishing flatware and glassware, and setting tables
- Deliver food in a timely and efficient manner to dining guests
- Follow Legends Sequence of Service during guest interactions
- Collaborate closely with servers and bartenders when servicing guests
- Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and management
- Work cooperatively as a team member with fellow associates and other service departments within the venue
- Complete tasks assigned by management successfully
