Job Requirements
- Availability for 1-2 days per event week to familiarize self with venue runner routes
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age

- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and fast-paced problem-solving skills
- Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Ability to work effectively independently and/or in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to adapt to change quickly and prioritize tasks as needed
- Punctuality and dependability
- Must be able to read, maintain information, and perform simple mathematical calculations
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
- Ability to occasionally lift/move items weighing up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Assist Suites Expeditor and Attendants with all pre-event and add-on food delivery
- Deliver food and beverage items to the appropriate suites according to orders placed
- Communicate with Pantry Coordinator to ensure timely delivery service
- Communicate with Warehouse team to procure any necessary items
- Assist in set-up and breakdown of Suites
- Assist Pantry Coordinator in organizing and maintaining clean, neat, and safe work areas
- Other duties as assigned
