Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift or move items up to 30 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
  • Basic math skills

  • Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training
  • Availability for 1-2 days per event week to familiarize self with venue runner routes
  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Assist suites expeditor and attendants with all pre-event and add-on food delivery
  • Deliver food and beverage items to the appropriate suites according to orders placed
  • Communicate with pantry coordinator to ensure timely delivery service
  • Communicate with warehouse team to procure any necessary items
  • Assist in set-up and breakdown of suites
  • Assist pantry coordinator in organizing and maintaining clean, neat, and safe work areas
  • Other duties as assigned
