Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or move items up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Ability to occasionally lift/move items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training
- Availability for 1-2 days per event week to familiarize self with venue runner routes
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Assist suites expeditor and attendants with all pre-event and add-on food delivery
- Deliver food and beverage items to the appropriate suites according to orders placed
- Communicate with pantry coordinator to ensure timely delivery service
- Communicate with warehouse team to procure any necessary items
- Assist in set-up and breakdown of suites
- Assist pantry coordinator in organizing and maintaining clean, neat, and safe work areas
- Other duties as assigned
