Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and ability to relate to all levels within the organization
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to obtain food safety certification and TEAM certification (responsible alcohol service)
  • Minimum of two years experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Availability to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and large stadium-wide events
  • Sufficient mobility for tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull approximately 25 lbs and stand or walk long periods
  • Commitment to safe work habits, following all safety policies, procedures, regulations, and completing all required safety training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Food safety certification and TEAM certification (responsible alcohol service) must be obtainable
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to respond effectively to changing trends and circumstances
  • Positive interpersonal skills to build productive relationships at all organizational levels

Job Duties

  • Ensure suites, pantry coolers, and dry storage areas are stocked for each event/game, maintaining and adjusting pars as needed
  • Follow proper rotation (FIFO) process
  • Lead execution for event/game day cold push, beverage set, and crumb drop
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings with teams to deliver pertinent information for events/games
  • Maintain cleanliness of pantry coolers and dry storage areas including shelves, walls, floors, and drains
  • Partner with Warehouse Manager on product status for beverage orders, tracking delivery dates, and specialty product placement
  • Adhere to company guidelines for appearance and uniform standards
  • Supervise Operations Runners and Beverage Expo on event/game day to ensure accuracy of product movement
  • Perform other duties as assigned
