Job Requirements
- Requires at least 2 years of experience
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in events, hospitality, premium and catering services preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Must be available to work event-based hours
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Required to complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time required
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience
- Prior experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, premium and catering preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Available to work event-based hours

Job Duties
- Develop and complete suites and premium dining solutions to meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
- Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders
- Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients needs
- Train and lead suites and premium employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation
- Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to event
- Responsible for delivering food and labor targets
- Responsible for execution of stadium events of varied size and scope including staffing and management
- Ensure accurate reporting of all suites related revenue, expenses, and receivables
- Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies
