Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience or training as a runner or busser in a similar dining environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift including stairs
  • Ability to lift and balance food trays weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Good visual acuity and hearing to take orders and prepare checks
  • Ability to perform opening mid and closing duties as needed

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience or training as a runner or busser with a similar style of dining capacity and volume preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to perform opening mid and closing duties as outlined by management

Job Duties

  • Attend pre-shift briefing taking note of relevant information such as service scheduling organization food beverage and guest notes
  • Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
  • Complete any required table-side service including taking orders delivering and explaining menu to customers
  • Assist captains and back servers with presentation of courses and explaining relevant menu items
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items ingredients and preparations
  • Maintain kitchen and suites cleanliness and organization at all times
