Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of experience or training as a runner or busser in a similar dining environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift including stairs
- Ability to lift and balance food trays weighing up to 35 pounds
- Good visual acuity and hearing to take orders and prepare checks
- Ability to perform opening mid and closing duties as needed
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience or training as a runner or busser with a similar style of dining capacity and volume preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform opening mid and closing duties as outlined by management
Job Duties
- Attend pre-shift briefing taking note of relevant information such as service scheduling organization food beverage and guest notes
- Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
- Complete any required table-side service including taking orders delivering and explaining menu to customers
- Assist captains and back servers with presentation of courses and explaining relevant menu items
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items ingredients and preparations
- Maintain kitchen and suites cleanliness and organization at all times
