Job Requirements
- Requires at least 5 years of experience
- prior experience in a management or supervisory role required
- previous experience in events, hospitality, premium and catering preferred
- requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- available to work event-based hours
- must have excellent communications skills
- complete food handlers and alcohol service certifications as required
- requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb
- ability to stand for extended periods of time

Job Duties
- Develop and complete suites and premium dining solutions to meet customers needs
- develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
- facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders all pre-orders and event day orders as well as overall look and health and safety standards
- assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients needs helping the admin team suggestively sell and proving tips and insights at pre-shift meetings to help the suite attendants do so during events as well
- working in close communication with culinary team for consistency and innovation
- train and lead suites and premium employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation
- provide completed banquet event orders to team and provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to event
- responsible for delivering food and labor targets
- responsible for execution of stadium events of varied size and scope including staffing and management
- ensure accurate reporting of all suites related revenue, expenses, and receivables
- recruit, train, schedule and develop team members while in compliance with union guidelines
- ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies
