- Serves food and beverages to guests as required
- takes beverage orders and serves accordingly
- maintains cleanliness of Suites and work area
- Suite set up as directed for Supervisor
- greets Suite guests and informs guests of food and beverage availability and Sam Houston Race Park amenities
