Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of experience bartending in a high-volume bar
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must have knowledge and experience working with a POS system
- Must possess customer service and fast-paced problem-solving skills under pressure
- Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated
- Must be able to work effectively independently and/or in a team environment
- Must be able to adapt to change quickly and prioritize tasks as needed
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must have advanced knowledge of beverage preparations, service standards, and guest relations
- Must maintain excellent personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to occasionally lift/move items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Must be available to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred availability on 1-2 weekdays for bar setup
- Must complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training

Job Duties
- Complete all set-up and breakdown of assigned bar
- Greet and take beverage orders from servers or guests
- Mix drinks and cocktails according to specifications and recipes
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Properly ring in all orders into the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and surrounding work area
- Ensure proper rotation and stocking of beer coolers
- Complete all assigned closing paperwork at the end of each event
- Perform other duties as assigned
