Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years experience in a food and beverage or customer service role
- possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including event schedules
- ability to stand and move about for extended periods
- demonstrate excellent attendance
- legal age to serve alcohol if applicable
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Assistant in setup of food service areas in suites and club areas based on pre-orders
- ensure suites are set prior to events following order communication
- organize and prepare events in assigned locations
- monitor and maintain food quality
- uphold safety and sanitation standards
- enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures
- control inventory and fulfill product requisitions
- possess full knowledge of food and beverage items
- supervise beverage service including checking IDs
- respond to guest requests
- ensure suites have necessary serving ware
- maintain sanitation and health standards
- demonstrate excellent attendance
- assure equipment is operable and clean
- recognize and manage visibly intoxicated guests
- perform other duties as assigned
