Job Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a food and beverage or customer service role
  • possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including event schedules
  • ability to stand and move about for extended periods
  • demonstrate excellent attendance
  • legal age to serve alcohol if applicable
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately

  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, coworkers, management, and guests
  • ability to speak, read, and write English
  • ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment
  • valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required
  • ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
  • ability to calculate basic math functions relating to POS transactions and inventory

Job Duties

  • Assistant in setup of food service areas in suites and club areas based on pre-orders
  • ensure suites are set prior to events following order communication
  • organize and prepare events in assigned locations
  • monitor and maintain food quality
  • uphold safety and sanitation standards
  • enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures
  • control inventory and fulfill product requisitions
  • possess full knowledge of food and beverage items
  • supervise beverage service including checking IDs
  • respond to guest requests
  • ensure suites have necessary serving ware
  • maintain sanitation and health standards
  • demonstrate excellent attendance
  • assure equipment is operable and clean
  • recognize and manage visibly intoxicated guests
  • perform other duties as assigned
