Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have and maintain a valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work both day and evening shifts
- Experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
Job Duties
- Ensure all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored
- Pick up food from the kitchen and deliver it to guests in-suite
- Be knowledgeable on all menu offerings
- Follow set up and break down processes efficiently
- Complete all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines
- Perform post event product inventory and restock as needed
- Understand all event paperwork and reports
- Always exceed guest expectations
- Adhere to location appearance guidelines
- Act with a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Maintain prep and service areas
- Employ good safety and sanitation practices
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies
- Understand the importance of maintaining equipment
- Help fellow employees whenever necessary
- Stand for long periods and actively engage physically with guests
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations
- Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods
- Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly
