Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have and maintain a valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed during shift
- Capable of reacting with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations
- Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as required
- Commitment to adhering to company safety and sanitation policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is beneficial
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit required
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverage items from kitchen to guests in-suite
- Ensure all food and beverage is properly delivered and stored
- Be knowledgeable on all menu offerings
- Follow setup and breakdown processes efficiently
- Complete event setup and breakdown responsibilities within timelines
- Perform post-event product inventory and restock as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Exceed guest expectations with professional service
- Maintain prep and service areas
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies
- Work collaboratively to help fellow employees
