Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a runner or busser
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions constantly
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing including service scheduling and guest notes
  • Coordinate with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of food
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
  • Assist the kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu items
  • Verify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen
