Job Duties
- Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing, including service scheduling and guest notes
- Coordinate with Suite Supervisors and Runners to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
- Assist kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu items
- Verify kitchen and in-suite cleanliness at all times
