Job Requirements
- completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- smart serve certification
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds frequently
- strong organizational and time management skills
- reliable punctual and able to adapt to a fast paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- smart serve certification required
- completion of high school diploma or currently enrolled
- previous experience in hospitality food service or event operations preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards an asset
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare suites for service according to event orders including delivery and setup of equipment beverages and supplies
- transport pre-order items smallwares and stock from storage areas to suites
- verify and restock glassware china cutlery and other service items as needed
- ensure dishwashers and equipment are functioning properly report any issues to management
- maintain cleanliness and organization of suite service areas pantries and storage rooms
- assist with post-event breakdown cleaning and return of equipment and supplies
- support suite attendants and supervisors with timely product replenishment during service
- polish and prepare serviceware to company standards prior to each event
- follow all company facility and safety policies including responsible alcohol service
- perform all duties with attention to detail efficiency and professionalism
