Job Requirements
- completion of or current enrollment in high school diploma (OSSD) program
- prior experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service preferred
- familiarity with POS systems and basic order entry procedures required
- must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- ability to perform effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone

- familiarity with POS systems and basic order entry procedures required
- strong understanding of food and beverage service standards

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to suite clients and internal staff throughout the event
- receive and process food and beverage orders via phone, POS system, or from Suite Attendants and Hosts
- accurately input orders into the POS system, print chits, and ensure proper distribution to service staff
- review suite orders, billing instructions, and payment methods
- verify accuracy before submission
- communicate order updates, changes, and special requests promptly to Pantry Supervisors and Kitchen Leads
- ensure all printers and POS systems are functioning properly and stocked with necessary supplies
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout the event
- complete end-of-event billing and order closeout, reconciling discrepancies with the Suite Supervisor
- support pre- and post-event administrative tasks as assigned by management
- follow all Legends policies related to customer service, data handling, and responsible alcohol service
