Job Requirements

  • completion of or current enrollment in high school diploma (OSSD) program
  • prior experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service preferred
  • familiarity with POS systems and basic order entry procedures required
  • must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  • ability to perform effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service preferred
  • familiarity with POS systems and basic order entry procedures required
  • strong understanding of food and beverage service standards
  • completion of or current enrollment in high school diploma (OSSD) program

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to suite clients and internal staff throughout the event
  • receive and process food and beverage orders via phone, POS system, or from Suite Attendants and Hosts
  • accurately input orders into the POS system, print chits, and ensure proper distribution to service staff
  • review suite orders, billing instructions, and payment methods
  • verify accuracy before submission
  • communicate order updates, changes, and special requests promptly to Pantry Supervisors and Kitchen Leads
  • ensure all printers and POS systems are functioning properly and stocked with necessary supplies
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout the event
  • complete end-of-event billing and order closeout, reconciling discrepancies with the Suite Supervisor
  • support pre- and post-event administrative tasks as assigned by management
  • follow all Legends policies related to customer service, data handling, and responsible alcohol service
