Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during events
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
- Ability to carry up to 35 lbs and place items above and below head height
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and wet conditions
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Team-oriented mindset

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 35 lbs
Job Duties
- Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in an organized manner
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area maintaining cleanliness and order
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans to uphold hygiene
- Assist in maintaining kitchenware storage organization
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures diligently
