Job Duties

Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome using a positive and clear speaking voice
Actively promote the experience of Oakland Arena and RingCentral Coliseum events and services
Answer inquiries, offer suggestions, and provide information to guests pertaining to Oakland Arena and RingCentral Coliseum and the various locations within the complex
Provide an unsurpassed level of service to our guests
Escort guests to suites throughout the venue
Interact with multiple departments with tact and professionalism
Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
