Job Requirements

Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent
0 to 1 years of related work experience
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Job Duties

Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome using a positive and clear speaking voice
Actively promote the experience of Sames Auto Arena events and services
Answer inquiries, offer suggestions, and provide information to guests pertaining to the Sames Auto Arena and the various locations within the complex
Provide an unsurpassed level of service to guests
Escort guests to suites throughout the venue
