Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome using a positive and clear speaking voice
- Actively promote the experience of Sames Auto Arena events and services
- Answer inquiries, offer suggestions, and provide information to guests pertaining to the Sames Auto Arena and the various locations within the complex
- Provide an unsurpassed level of service to our guests
- Escort guests to suites throughout the venue
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain professional and tactful communication in all interactions
