Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a runner or busser
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Job Duties
- Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing including service scheduling and guest notes
- Coordinate with suites staff and bartenders to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of drinks
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
- Assist with pouring alcohol and adhere to all alcohol rules and policies
- Verify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen
