Job Duties
- Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing including service scheduling and guest notes
- Coordinate with suites staff and bartenders to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of drinks
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items ingredients and preparations
- Assist with pouring alcohol and adhere to all alcohol rules and policies
- Verify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china glass silver and linen
