Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- one year’s experience as a banquet server or banquet captain
- must have a TABC and Food Handlers Certificate
- must be able to carry a service tray set with eight full plates
- ability to work late hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- one year’s experience as a banquet server or banquet captain
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- must have a TABC and Food Handlers Certificate
- must be able to carry a service tray set with eight full plates
- ability to work late hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
- strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- deliver "run" food to tables, seats, or suites once food orders are prepared by cooks
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- ensure coolers are clean
- notify manager when low on items such as lemons, creamers, coffee, etc.
- perform all other duties as assigned
