Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in foodservice position required
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Able to pass a credit check
- Ability to complete pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
- Ability to physically handle frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be available for all major events at the arena
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Good customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in foodservice position required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must be at least 19 years of age and able to pass a credit check
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards
- Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
- Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation and safety issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with staff and to prepare event plans
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously
- Highly motivated
- Ability to take initiative
- Effectively work with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty
- Must follow all ASM Global and SAVOR policies and procedures
- Must be present for all major events at the Arena
Job Duties
- Pre-event suite set-up including chafing dishes, plates and silverware, televisions, lighting and overall ambiance in the suite
- Verify and set-up all pre-game/event orders
- Identify suite host and properly introduce yourself
- Take and place game day food and beverage orders
- Set-up and check on game day food and beverage orders and serve guests until the end of the event
- Replenish food, beverages, condiments and utensils as needed
- Maintain standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite throughout the event
- Obtain signatures from the host on charges in a timely manner
- Clear all items from the suite and clean all surfaces and chafing dishes in suite
- Reset suite for next function, complete closing functions and check out with supervisor or manager
