Job Requirements

  • Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
  • alcohol service certification (state/local requirement)
  • prior bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
  • strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently under pressure
  • proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
  • physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs
  • availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare, mix, and serve drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
  • maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirit offerings
  • engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment and glassware
  • accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations
  • monitor guest consumption and uphold responsible service of alcohol
  • assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
