Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 2 years restaurant management experience
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
valid state driver’s license
open availability
ability to work flexible shifts
excellent communication skills
able to bend, twist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk frequently
able to climb ladder occasionally
able to tolerate hot and cold temperatures and work around noisy equipment
authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
coach and correct team members as necessary
recruit, interview, select, hire, and complete onboarding for all positions
maintain a clean restaurant environment and delegate job responsibilities
establish build to’s and maintain the production management system
ensure food preparation and service meet brand, company, and health regulations
supervise and coach team members on food preparation and standards
ensure ongoing training on brand and company standards
maintain communication board and cascade relevant information
implement new brand campaigns and conduct product training
ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards
monitor accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records
communicate regularly with Restaurant District Manager
complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork, inventory counts, schedules, and administrative duties
ensure a safe environment and report facility issues
complete incident reports following company policies
own financial and operational metrics for a profitable restaurant
conduct team member check-ins and provide positive feedback
implement progressive discipline for performance or policy issues
train Assistant Manager for successful restaurant operation
