Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by assigning and following up on shift duties
- ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health regulations
- cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
- place campaign materials upon request
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
- complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and count as required
- communicate discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- complete daily, weekly, and end of period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, and truck orders in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- guarantee a safe environment by following all government laws and safety codes
- complete reports on all incidents within five minutes as per company policy
- partner with the Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics, ensuring profitability
