Job Qualifications
- Some experience working with young children is preferred
- Ability to manage learning environments for children birth to five years old
- Ability to supervise children at all times
- Completion of required certifications such as First Aid/CPR and Food Handling
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide instruction and manage the learning environment in the absence of the classroom teacher
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety
- Collaborate with Center Manager or Lead Teacher regarding classroom activities and needs
- Support the developmental and educational goals of children birth to five years of age
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Implement program policies and procedures as directed
