Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience in hospitality or related field
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physically able to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- knowledge of beverage products and inventory management
- must be reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to guests
- ensure in-room private bars and fridges are fully stocked and well maintained
- meet special guest requests for specific or preferred items
- ensure all incurred charges are posted to guest portfolio prior to checkout
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the private bar areas
- collaborate with team members to uphold service standards
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and needs
