Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in the food service industry preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • good physical condition

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a hospitality or food service environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Clean and reset tables for service according to department manual standard
  • adhere to grooming and service standards and policies
  • ensure all dirty china, silver, glasses, etc. go to the dishwasher and are broken down accordingly
  • replenish all service items including silverware, glassware, china, linen, general supplies, and food as needed
  • ensure proper storage of all service items
  • ensure that cream, water and juice service is constantly replenished during service
  • stock jam, butter, and cream cheese for the next service period
  • set up breadbasket for next service period
  • assist servers in serving guests
  • assist servers in pre bussing tables
  • serve and replenish water upon guest request
  • assist other bus persons when needed
