Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in the food service industry preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- good physical condition

Job Duties
- Clean and reset tables for service according to department manual standard
- adhere to grooming and service standards and policies
- ensure all dirty china, silver, glasses, etc. go to the dishwasher and are broken down accordingly
- replenish all service items including silverware, glassware, china, linen, general supplies, and food as needed
- ensure proper storage of all service items
- ensure that cream, water and juice service is constantly replenished during service
- stock jam, butter, and cream cheese for the next service period
- set up breadbasket for next service period
- assist servers in serving guests
- assist servers in pre bussing tables
- serve and replenish water upon guest request
- assist other bus persons when needed
