Job Requirements
- 6 months to one-year experience as a bus person or kitchen helper
- fluent in English
- able to bend, lift, push, pull and carry in excess of 50 pounds
- able to walk and stand for long period of time
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- work under minimal supervision
- knowledge of American table service

- handle pressure, interact well with people, work quickly and efficiently while remaining motivated and gracious
- fluency in another language (desirable)
Job Duties
- Clean and reset tables for service according to department manual standard
- adhere to LPM grooming and service standards and policies
- ensure all dirty china, silver, glasses, etc. go to the dishwasher and are broken down accordingly
- replenish all service items including silverware, glassware, china, linen, general supplies, food as needed
- ensure proper storage of all service items
- ensure that cream, water and juice service is constantly replenished during the service
- stock jam, butter, and cream cheese for the next service period
- set up breadbasket for next service period
- assist servers in serving guests
- assist servers in pre bussing tables
- serve and replenish water upon guest request
- assist other bus persons when needed
