Job Requirements

6 months to one-year experience as a bus person or kitchen helper that will provide the skills required for this position
Fluent in English
excellent verbal and written communication skills
High school graduate
Able to bend, lift, push, pull and carry in excess of 50 pounds
Able to walk and stand for long period of time
Handle pressure, interact well with people, work quickly and efficiently while remaining motivated and gracious

Job Qualifications

6 months to one-year experience as a bus person or kitchen helper that will provide the skills required for this position
Fluent in English
excellent verbal and written communication skills
High school graduate
Knowledge of American table service
Work under minimal supervision
Communicate well verbally and in writing

Job Duties

Clean and reset tables for service according to department manual standard
Adhere to LPM grooming service standards and policies
Ensure all dirty china, silver, glasses, etc. go to the dishwasher and are broken down accordingly
Replenish all service items
silverware, glassware, china, linen, general supplies, food as needed
Ensure proper storage of all service items
Ensure that cream, water and juice service is constantly replenished during the service
Stock jam, butter, and cream cheese for the next service period
Set up breadbasket for next service period
Assist servers in serving guests
Assist servers in pre bussing tables
Serve and replenish water upon guest request
Assist other bus persons when needed
