Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler's Certificate
- Letter(s) of reference including three current reference letters within two years
- Cover letter
- Proof of high school graduation
- Resume
- Must maintain a current First Aid Certificate issued by the American Red Cross including CPR training submitted within the first six months of employment

- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively
- Ability to establish and maintain good cooperative working relationships
- Previous food service experience desirable but not required
Job Duties
- Responsible for washing and storing dishes, utensils, containers and trays
- May act as cashier, collecting money received from the sale of foods as required
- Assist in the preparation and serving of the main dish, salad, vegetable and other menu items
- Provide assistance in receiving and storing of foodstuffs, supplies and materials
- Assist in maintaining inventory control and operational records
- May operate kitchen cooking and cleaning machinery including oven, mixer, grater, slicer and dishwasher
