Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- two years previous experience in a four-diamond hotel or restaurant environment
- previous Micros experience preferred
- ability to carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- TIPS certification
- comply with food handling standards
- good grooming and personal hygiene

Job Duties
- Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene
- be ready to work and on time
- comply with food handling standards
- execute Bob’s service standards
- be TIPS certified
- perform opening and closing side work including folding napkins, wiping and filling salt and pepper shakers, prepping butter and pickles, filling oil and vinegar bottles, and stocking sugar caddies
- wipe down check presenter and pre-stuff with comment cards
- restock waiter station with paper rolls
- place and light candles in votives and set them on tables
- sweep and/or vacuum floors including under tables
- stock all tablecloths and napkins
- attend mandatory pre-shift meetings and training sessions
- ensure prompt, courteous guest service
- be friendly and helpful with guests, referring to them by name when possible
- polish and stock silverware, flatware, and glasses for the restaurant, bar, and cooking line
- assist servers in bussing tables
- assist servers in bringing soiled dishes, glassware and utensils to dishwashing station and separate accordingly
- assist servers in clearing and resetting tables
- empty trash and dirty linen from various stations
- refill ice bins and wine buckets
- restock and supply refrigerators
- bring tablecloths and napkins for folding and assist during slow times
- restock coffee station products
- assist in cleaning the restaurant by wiping down shelves, cleaning low-boy fridges, and breaking down coffee stations
- complete other duties as assigned by management
- remain in designated work area during shift
