Job Qualifications

  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar bartender position
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • Good knowledge of wine
  • Excellent knowledge of mixed drinks and cocktails
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to relate to all levels of guests and management

Job Duties

  • Support company philosophy and culture through legendary quality experiences to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Abide by all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations when serving beverages
  • Prepare drinks according to server orders
  • Mix, serve drinks, clean bar, set up and break down bar
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock of bar supplies including glasses, ice, fruit and garnishes
  • Report suspicious persons, activities and unsafe conditions to management
  • Provide excellent service and assistance to guests and servers
