Job Qualifications
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar bartender position
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Good knowledge of wine
- Excellent knowledge of mixed drinks and cocktails
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to relate to all levels of guests and management
Job Duties
- Support company philosophy and culture through legendary quality experiences to ensure guest satisfaction
- Abide by all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations when serving beverages
- Prepare drinks according to server orders
- Mix, serve drinks, clean bar, set up and break down bar
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of bar supplies including glasses, ice, fruit and garnishes
- Report suspicious persons, activities and unsafe conditions to management
- Provide excellent service and assistance to guests and servers
