Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work various shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system and cash register

Job Duties
- Providing an excellent guest experience
- Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
- Keeping the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful
- Controlling inventory
- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
- Being a team player
- Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work
- Assisting in the planning of special events and promotions
- Coordinating training for staff
- Assisting with product ordering and inventory
- Operating computerized Point of Sale system and cash register
- Performing physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds
