Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in hair services
- Current State of Florida Cosmetology License
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Responsible and dependable
- Must obtain current City Business Tax Permit with Fort Lauderdale
- Must obtain State of Florida Alcoholic Beverage Commission server permit
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hair services
- Current State of Florida Cosmetology License
- Proficient skills in cutting, blow dry styling and special occasion hairstyling
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Maintain professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations with strong attention to client needs
- Ability to work well under pressure managing back-to-back appointments in a high volume environment
- Responsible and dependable with ability to fulfill on-call scheduling needs
- Must obtain current City Business Tax Permit with Fort Lauderdale upon hire
- Must obtain State of Florida Alcoholic Beverage Commission server permit
Job Duties
- Work as part of the spa therapy team to provide the highest standard of hair treatments creating a sensory journey for guests
- Set up hair service area according to procedures and dispose of laundry timely
- Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment per state board guidelines
- Ensure professional stock usage complies with PAR levels to reduce product waste
- Begin and end hair services at published times following all correct procedures
- Provide highest quality hair services and uphold professional standards
- Consistently produce minimum 15% in retail sales
