Job Requirements
- Ability to commit to 6 hours per month
- reliable and detail-oriented
- knowledge of proper cleaning and disinfecting methods
- capability to lift and move heavy items
- availability during early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- good communication skills
- prior cleaning experience preferred
- must follow CPY attendance policy
Job Qualifications
- Ability to commit to 6 hours per month (schedule varies based on studio need)
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants
- ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props
- availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred
- must adhere to CPY’s attendance policy
Job Duties
- Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces
- maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms
- ensure that yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps, are clean and organized
- restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
- take out the trash and recycling ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of
- assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens
- notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the studio
- must be able to commit to a schedule and follow the CPY time and attendance policy
