Job Requirements
- Ability to commit to 6 hours per month schedule varies based on studio need
- Must adhere to CPY's attendance policy
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment such as yoga mats and props
- Availability to work early mornings evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio including floors walls mirrors windows and surfaces
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area changing rooms and bathrooms
- Ensure that yoga props and equipment such as mats blocks and straps are clean and organized
- Restock supplies such as paper towels toilet paper and soap
- Take out the trash and recycling ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of
- Assist with laundry including folding towels and other linens
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the studio
- Must be able to commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy
