Job Duties
- implement customer service standards for all customers
- communicate with Studio Manager regarding areas for process improvement
- maintain a clean and professional environment including daily cleaning checklists
- manage day-to-day operations including opening duties, greeting clients, answering phones, making appointments, retail sales, cash transactions, customer check-in and check-out, appointment confirmation calls, memberships, and closing duties
- perform other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork
- follow safety standards and report or remove unsafe equipment
- assist with management of social media page
- reschedule clients if needed
- participate in defined community outreach events
